This opportunity is a temporary position with an expected duration of around 3 years, aligned with the timeframe of the pilot line project. Continuation in a permanent role may be considered thereafter, subject to strong performance and future funding opportunities.
Your future responsibilities include:
- Support the technical lead(s) to oversee the entire project lifecycle, timelines, deliverables, including the day-to-day management, and internal und external communication.
- Alignment of resources and coordination of the project team as well as external collaborators.
- Organization and coordination of all appointments, as well as preparation of meetings, preparation of all relevant documents and follow-ups
- Plan and coordinate the consortium's follow-up meetings (Kick-off, annual meetings, reviews by the EC, etc.).
- Preparing agendas, drafting minutes and monitoring them
- Coordinate the logistics, registration, documentation and materials associated with the meetings.
- Reporting internally to Head of Enterprise Unit Research Support Office and close cooperation with Division Heads and the project coordinator(s).
- Support management and the communication department as well as business development in the visibility of the project
