This opportunity is a temporary position with an expected duration of around 3 years, aligned with the timeframe of the pilot line project. Continuation in a permanent role may be considered thereafter, subject to strong performance and future funding opportunities.

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Support the technical lead(s) to oversee the entire project lifecycle, timelines, deliverables, including the day-to-day management, and internal und external communication.
  • Alignment of resources and coordination of the project team as well as external collaborators.
  • Organization and coordination of all appointments, as well as preparation of meetings, preparation of all relevant documents and follow-ups
    • Plan and coordinate the consortium's follow-up meetings (Kick-off, annual meetings, reviews by the EC, etc.).
    • Preparing agendas, drafting minutes and monitoring them 
    • Coordinate the logistics, registration, documentation and materials associated with the meetings.
  • Reporting internally to Head of Enterprise Unit Research Support Office and close cooperation with Division Heads and the project coordinator(s). 
  • Support management  and the communication department as well as business development in the visibility of the project
Your profile
  • Completed relevant education. 
  • First work experience in project assistance and technical understanding is a big advantage.
  • Independent structured way of working as well as reliability and a proactive mind-set.
  • Proficient MS Office skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Ability to think and work in a structured manner.
  • Service orientation as well as ability to work in a team.
  • Communicative personality.

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) starting in occupational group C (C1 salary = EUR 2.681, paid 14 times a year) based on 38,5 hours per week). For this position we offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your experience and qualifications.

  • The application window opens early August , with reviews continuing through mid-September.  
  • 1st Interviews begin in September/October, followed by a short technical task (max. 1 week deadline) for shortlisted candidates.  
  • After positive assessment, final candidates will be invited to a second November. 
  • Final decisions are expected by end of November, with most positions starting around January/February 2026.
