 Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und insbesondere Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB.
  • Bilanzbuchhaltung inklusive Abstimmung und Analyse. 
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen, termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Abwicklung des externen Rechnungswesens.
  • Mitwirkung bei Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie bei der Durchführung und Koordination der Inventarisierung von Wirtschaftsgütern.
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden in Bilanzierungs- und Abschlussfragen.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgelegte Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung oder entsprechendes Studium.
  •  Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Erfahrung mit BMD NTCS wünschenswert.
  • Hohe Fachkompetenz in der nationalen Rechnungslegung (UGB) Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse.
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office – insbes. Excel).
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. 
  • Kommunikationsfähige Teamplayer-Persönlichkeit.
  • Pragmatische lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten.

Diese Stelle unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Beschäftigte in der außeruniversitären Forschung (Forschungs-KV) der Berufsgruppe E. Für diese Position beginnt das monatliche Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeit mit 3.963 EUR, und wird 14-mal im Jahr ausbezahlt. Mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung, abhängig von Qualifikationen, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung.
